We know Dalgona Coffe – the yummy korean coffe drink that took the the world by storm. We’ve seen many on social media posting pictures of their dalgona coffees. Even I’ve made it 2-3 times. Notably, my brother loves it 😉
Today I made another attempt, and I call it Dalgona Chocolate. Its taste reminds pretty much of the Mathilde Chocolate Milkshake. Creamy 🙂
The recipe below serves 2.
125 ml cold, heavy whipping cream
1 table spoon powdered sugar
1 tabel spoon cocoa powder
In a bowl, pour the whipping cream, sugar and cocoa powder and whisk starting on low speed, then increase to high speed until stiff peaks form. Make sure not to over beat, but also make sure the cream’s got a thick, billowy consistency.
Pour cold milk in 2 glasses, add some ice cubes.
Pour the whipped chocolate cream on the top, and serve.
